I think we would all agree that we want to constantly improve. One of the ways to insure that is to evaluate everything. Next time you have a meeting, an event, a project, a tough conversation - sit down, preferably with a small group of people and evaluate what just happened.
1. Talk about what was good and why.
2. Discuss what might have made things better - be clear and specific.
3. Dialogue about changes you are going to implement.
Have a great day!

Make a differece!
If you want to live a focused life that makes a difference:
1. WHAT'S IMPORTANT - DO IT NOW.
2. NEVER GIVE UP - DON'T QUIT.
3. STAY FOCUSED - DON'T DRIFT.

Back To Our Roots
I began by teaching through books of the Bible. My last four years I am going to teach through books of the Bible. I believe this is good for the church - dig in to the Scriptures. We are going to begin by taking a look at the life of Jesus through the eyes of Doctor Luke. I can't wait. This series in Luke begins in January of 2010.
Pray as Alex and I prepare to teach Luke.
Warmly,
Stan
